Our policy:
The @home treatment kit is a self guided program. We have carefully
written a manual that will take you through all the steps needed to
end bedwetting.
Unfortunately, we can't be in your home with you to insure that you
are following instructions. Consequently, we can't guarantee the
success of the program. Sales of all programs are final and returns
are not accepted. Monitor/ alarms have a one year limited warranty
from date of purchase against defects. Please carefully read the
alarm instructions. Proper placement, attachment and detachment of
clips and cords are vital for maximum effectiveness. Monitor/alarms
will be replaced at no charge as long as the defective product is
returned, post paid. The included 9V battery is not covered under the
warranty and is the consumer's responsibility to replace.
