Do you offer personal counseling?
Our highly qualified Patient Services Advisors are always available
to answer any questions and to guide patients along, whenever needed, during treatment.
Advisors are very responsive and all questions are answered using our toll free telephone or by e-mail. International e-mail is usually answered within two hours or less.
Although the @Home Treatment Program is modeled after one of the most successful and professional Treatment Center programs, we do not offer one/one, scheduled personal counseling. In order to dramatically reduce the cost of this type of treatment, we have eliminated the expensive
scheduled counseling and duplicated their exact counseling program in a written and illustrated form.
