Is the @Home Treatment Program guaranteed to work?


Unfortunately, we can't be in your home with you to insure that you are following instructions.  Consequently, we can't guarantee the success of the program.  Sales of all programs are final and returns are not accepted.  Monitor/ alarms have a one year limited warranty from date of purchase against defects.  Monitor/alarms will be replaced at no charge as long as the defective product is returned, post paid.  The included 9V battery is not covered under the warranty and is the consumer's responsibility to replace.
